Cancellation Policy

Once a date and time slot is selected you will receive a Google Meets Video link. Click on the link to join the meeting, ensuring both microphone and video are turned on. You will also receive a payment link via Square payments systems, alternatively you can use Stripe, via Google or Apple Pay. PLEASE NOTE: In person is also available in Doha, Qatar at no extra cost. Drop me an email and a location you feel most comfortable in will be provided. Those in the UK, tour dates for 2026 will be shared with you at a later date. You will then receive a questionnaire to gather information prior to our meeting, helping maximise your time and get results faster. This questionnaire is optional. You do have flexibility should a time or date need changing prior to paying. This service is about removing hurdles and barriers, and your journey to excel faster starts here in the right way. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY; This service is about removing barriers and hurdles, not adding to them. As a result, you are able to reschedule an appointment up to three times providing 24 hour notice is given. You are asked to be respectful of this flexibility and not abuse it. Out of hours sessions are available for those on a monthly plan. A separate calendar link can be sent to you, allowing access to these reserved slots. It is recommended re-scheduling sessions be done within one month to guarantee availability. Monthly packages must be used within six months of purchase. If you are on a regular monthly mentor plan, this can be postponed and placed on hold should work or family commitments rise. You are asked to be respectful of this flexibility and not abuse it. Refunds are not available.
